How do I order an Adire subwoofer?+
Most listings can be purchased directly through our online catalogue. For new builds, dealer inquiries, or guidance on series selection, we recommend speaking with our team first — email info@adireaudio.com with your application and we'll route you to the right person.
How long does shipping take?+
Catalogue items typically ship within 1–3 business days from our California facility. Built-to-spec orders and custom configurations are quoted with a build schedule at the time of order.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes — we ship throughout the United States and accept international orders to Canada, Mexico, and select markets. International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees assessed by the destination country.
Can I cancel or change my order?+
If your order has not yet shipped, email info@adireaudio.com with your order number and we will accommodate the change. Once an order ships, we cannot cancel — but our returns policy applies.

Which series is right for my application?+
The Brahma is our reference subwoofer — the standard against which others are measured. The Koda excels in sealed enclosures and applications that prioritise musicality. The Tumult is engineered for home audio and infinite-baffle installations. The Brahma X is built for sustained high-output performance in vented enclosures. The Kali — the only 4-inch XBL² subwoofer in the world — handles essentially anything you ask of it. If you are unsure, our team will recommend a fit for your enclosure volume, amplifier, and listening preferences.
What are Thiele-Small parameters and where do I find them?+
Every Adire product page lists the complete Thiele-Small parameter set — Fs, Qts, Vas, Xmax, Re, Le, Bl, and Mms — alongside published recommended enclosure volumes for both sealed and vented alignments. These are the same parameters we use internally to model the loudspeaker.
What enclosure size should I build?+
Each subwoofer ships with manufacturer-recommended sealed and vented volumes. Adhering to those recommendations produces the performance we engineered for. For unusual installation constraints, our team can quote an alternate alignment.
Are recone kits available?+
Yes — we maintain recone inventory for all current-production subwoofers, and we accept service requests for legacy products on a case-by-case basis. Contact info@adireaudio.com with your serial number and a description of the failure.
Installation & Compatibility
Do you provide wiring guidance?+
Yes. Every subwoofer page lists impedance options (D1, D2, D4) and recommended wiring configurations. Our wiring diagrams resource covers single, dual, and multi-sub installations across common amplifier configurations.
What amplifier power should I run?+
Each product page lists the RMS power rating for the driver. Match your amplifier to that RMS rating at the listed impedance — clean continuous output, not peak-rated.
Will my installer know how to set this up?+
Any qualified mobile electronics installer will be familiar with Adire products. If you need a referral, our dealer locator identifies authorised installers in your region.
Returns, Warranty & Service
What is the warranty?+
Adire products carry a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of original purchase. Full terms — including what is and is not covered — are documented on our warranty page.
What is your return policy?+
Unused, undamaged products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is the result of our error. Custom-built and serialised products are non-returnable.
What if my shipment arrives damaged?+
Every order is covered by Route shipping protection. If your shipment arrives with damaged packaging or contents, file a claim directly at claims.route.com — Route handles the entire claim process. Save all packaging until the claim is resolved, and have your order number and tracking number ready when you file.
